Your First Visit

At Belmont Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, we are committed to making your experience comfortable and informed from your very first appointment. Your initial visit is a crucial first step where you will meet with Dr. Pasquale Eckert or Dr. Blaise Eckert. This consultation provides a valuable opportunity for our team to understand your needs, explain your diagnosis, and discuss all available treatment options in a calm and supportive environment.

What to Bring

To ensure your consultation is as smooth and efficient as possible, please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:

  • Your surgical referral slip and any recent X-rays from your dentist, if applicable.
  • A complete list of all medications you are currently taking.
  • Your medical and dental insurance information.

For Patients Under 18: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their consultation and all subsequent treatment visits.

What to Expect

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation with one of our board-certified oral surgeons. They will review your medical history, perform a thorough oral examination, and discuss a personalized treatment plan with you. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have.

Occasionally, surgery can be performed on the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. Please be sure to alert our office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, etc.).

3D Imaging

Our office is equipped with advanced imaging technology, including panoramic and 3D CBCT scanners. If your dentist has taken recent X-rays, you may request that they be forwarded to our office. If additional, more detailed images are necessary for your diagnosis and treatment planning, they can be taken conveniently right here in our office.
